Hi–my name is Lois. I’m an Asian American writer of poetry, science fiction, fantasy, and horror. I love reading and relating in those genres as well as other storytelling languages. Several years ago, I created Little Nightporch, a blog where I write about tarot through different forms and perspectives.

I grew up in multiple places that encouraged my emotions and imagination to grow wild. The most recent of these places was Cincinnati, Ohio, where I now work and live with my family. My vocational background is rooted in cooking, education, and social support skills. I love reading books deeply, watching nonhuman animals quietly, and driving sort-of quickly alongside the Ohio river.
